But just to use that age group as an example, they had the Brazilian striker play up all last year and not one call up this year to play up or NT. Their NT defender plays up every game for 90 minutes and has been knocked off the NT. The past few games the 04's have played up messing up their chemistry. For what?
In the Westchester game we started a 2002 and didn't bring in 04's until we were down 2-1.
For Seacoast we played all 03's and we didn't score until late in the game. The team was coming off a terrible Bolts loss so I'm sure the coaches couldn't afford to lose to a NH team.
Against the Bolts we played all 03's and even brought in a 2002 at the end to try and draw or win.
There's definitely a chemistry issue but I don't think it has anything to do with the 04's.

Playing up does not do most kids any good. More playing time makes the player better, not playing just 10 minutes playing up. Common sense. If playing up and playing minimum half the game then OK. Other than that the Revs are doing a kid a disservice. Nobody can develop playing 10 minutes a game.

The Revs take the Development out of Development Academy.
