There's always another club to validate their delusions of greatness.
Which is why the Revs are a better option. They don’t take your check.

Just your soul and love of the game. That and flatlining your development. That's a great deal.

Worry less. Kids at the Revs enjoy themselves and will continue to play at high levels attending any college of their choice.

You wanna "go pro", join the krazies overseas making their kids blue collar for life.

Uhhh, IDK. How about average less than 4 hrs practice a week for 15-18 yo?
Brilliant! Way to keep competitive. That's about 1000 hours less per year than residential DA.

No access to practice fields. Ha ha Too funny. They can't practice because the Patriots own Gillette and need to park their cars somewhere.

Hey, if more people had parked their cars there, the Pats woulda won fur shur.

Kids at the Revs most certainly do not enjoy themselves, nor do they end up being able to attend the college of their choice.

                I know several Revs kids.

They're resigned to playing at certain schools.

Can you really call it "choosing" when you're forced to play somewhere you would never have attended otherwise?

                  Some aren't playing at all.

So you try overseas for a little bit. Maybe it works out, maybe it doesn't. You can always go back to college and at least you pursued a dream. There's not a ton of dough in mens' college soccer anyway - what little there is goes to the top players (not Revs types, more NT types) and internationals. What you call crazy I call living life with no regrets.

The world is littered with vagrants and beggars that lived life with no regrets.

I'd be interested to hear what you feel the definition of works out might be.

It's tough to justify revs quality when there is so little training

As well as an army of highly successful people who pursued their passions and dreams, some who failed hurt learned from their experiences. Lack of success in a pro soccer career abroad doesn't doom a person to poverty and failure. People try and fail in sports all the time but go on to live productive lives.

Oh? A pro soccer career? Well that's different.

                                Dope.
