But I do have to admit that I am seeing progress with the academy for the first time in a decade. Shalrie has his boys very motivated and they show some chemistry. They actually look like they are enjoying themselves. Becerra brings a more positive feeling, and is showing a willingness to try new things. Time will tell in a couple of years.

Sounds like RB will make changes at U17 & U19.
Welcome to the Hunger Games 2021-2022 edition.
May the odds be ever in your favor boys.

Everyone enough! The Revs organization has been dysfunctional for years. The coaching and staff are beyond terrible, consisting of coaches that have no real resume in the sport nor any pedigree. Bryan Scales was the worst " Youth Director" you can possibly appoint. He hurt many kids and families with empty promises, lies and falsehoods. He discouraged kids from pursuing collegiate soccer careers, private school education while misleading them to pathways to ruin. Becerra will probably bring a fresh new perspective but that remains to be seen. Sharlie Joseph's U15 team is almost entirely the Boston Bolts '06 group of boys that he brought over. They lost in the semi finals today.
