That is why MPS is playing SUB region 1, not invited to many, top-level showcase tournaments (and if they do go they are in the 2nd or 3rd bracket) and hasn't done well in the State Cup matches.

If they were less concerned about money and the profits from their Development Program and SOE, and focused more on the Premier teams, they'd combine the best of the two programs (Cape & Boston) and potentially have a national-level team.

Whats more is all clubs have different successes with all age groups: some stronger than others so what you are spouting off over is not really news.

And finally - showcase years are 16/17? Again, some of the teams can compete as was just shown in Vegas by the 17s.

The U-16 boys lost every game in State Cup 3-0. The Super-Y league is a joke, so is Super Y ODP. So MPS is a lose-lose situation. They should just form a club because they aren't bringing up any good players. Nobody wants to play in a league over the summer when you sit around all winter and spring.

450 Kids= Who Simply Aren't that Good. Almost every MPS team is bad compared to the competition in Maple. There is no signifigance in having 450 kids unless they are developing talent.
