So glad the refs know the rules. There was 4 mins of stoppage time in a game where the rules specifically state NCAA rules apply i.e. NO EXTRA TIME. Not saying Nobles would have won but damn these refs need to know three rules. What a joke.

Stoppage time

Strange you say that about stoppage time. Most games this year the game clock stopped on cve field at 2 min left and the ref took over the clock from there. Happened in class a playoff game in the first round.

This year (in WNEPSSA play) I saw that in a few matches. At Loomis, if I recall, but certainly not at all matches. We spectators were kind of confused. The refs did manage the LED scoreboards during the match (stopping for injury, restarts, etc.) so not sure why the last two minutes needs to be a mystery. (seemed like more than 2 minutes with a close score :- ) )

Weird. Did they give the extra time only to Brooks and not to Nobles? If so, then I agree that this was horribly unfair.

Nobles was forced to strike a "mannequin challenge" pose for the last four minutes. Comical, really!

Haven't seen them (son hasn't either) WNEPSSA posted theirs from last weekend. Never saw NEPSAC post them. I'll see if there's anything on site tomorrow.
