I'm not affiliated with the Bolts in any way, but have seen both players in action many times over the years. Being recruited to Duke speaks for itself, and CP's son is being looked at by other ACC programs (he passed up invitations to join the Revs out of loyalty to the Bolts).

BA's son got into Stanford through a former Bolts coach; we know the rest of the story. His second son got into a D1. Wouldn't be surprised if this was another of BA's tricks. CP tries to sell his son as the next big thing; just another OK player. Against top teams he looks usually rather mediocre.

I'm sure perspective coaches aren't restricting themselves to only MA players. Also check the GPS U16 and U17 NPL teams. Watched both teams play and there's plenty of quality 99s abd 98s there.

Hmm, so that would mean that a volunteer assistant who was at NU in 2012 magically got the kid committed that year. Keep stalking, you're doing such a great job.

OP here. Boston Herald and his Twitter claim a NLI to UMass for CL. UMass Soccer website does not. Perhaps the DI thing caused a shuffle. We'll see in August.

Seems many of you make fun of those of us who say, but I'll reiterate anyway:

It's all about the school.

And the experience of being a varsity athlete.

I'm sorry, but if my kid ends up playing at a Bowdoin, Tufts, or MIT, you will not hear me complaining that time and funds dedicated to high-level club soccer were a poor investment.

Translation please. If you are in any way inferring that JM is being highly recruited by ACC teams than I just know even less than nothing about this game.
