Bucknell doesn't have high SAT or GPA requirements as Holy Cross or even Colgate for that matter.
Bucknell has higher SAT's and GPA's than Holy Cross. Not as good as Colgate though. You really should check the stats before posting.
Also don't forget that Holy Cross games the system by not requiring students to submit SAT's, so all of their students with poor SAT's don't show up in the stats.

Hundreds of schools have gone this route operating under the theory that there are many more important aspects to a well rounded student than test scores.
