Thanks for heads up, but I'm not gonna worry about this today.

Everything would be "inevitable" if anybody gave a cr@p about it. No one would bother to pee on this thing to put out the flames. Virtually no one cares. Not love, not hate, not jealousy, not pity. Just soul crushing disinterest.

This turkey sure cares. Bet he'd be the first one in line.

If it was based in our town we'd give it a look. Otherwise, who cares?

Do any of you have advice for us, the parents of an early middle school aged girl who wants to play in the most challenging environment she can? We don't know the difference between Maple and NPL and aren't sure of the top club teams in the state. However it seems like given the cost of club soccer and our child's interest and ability we should be better informed. TIA.
            Some advice:
Finding a TEAM that your player likes is the thing, more so than the CLUB or the LEAGUE. Even within a club, the team one year different than your child's can be very different, because each team is a different mix of abilities and personalities among players, parents and coaches.
Club soccer, like many activities, can consume a lot of time. So think through whether you have other children whose activities have to be considered, how far you're willing to go for training sessions and games, etc. If there are other players in town with ability similar to your child's, what are they doing for club? They may have good info, and may be a chance to carpool. On the other hand, if you have an only child, who's the best player in town, and you're in a small town where no one plays club, you have a different scenario in front of you.
