is this score true? If so, tired legs?, PK, set pieces? Any game report?

Not familiar with that. Is it for girls only? I've seen mention on here of 3 national championships now. Can someone please explain, what are the 3? Serious question, not a "troll" or trying to stir up anything. I am new to all this. Thanks.

USYSA an USCS each have national championship series. The USYSA on is what URI was about. The NPL champions feed into the USCS championship. That is what Greensboro is all about. The ECNL event is a league championship. That is what Seattle was about.

A proud tradition I may say. The last decade, every MA teams that move beyond region 1 have
been on the back of RI's girls.

If that was true, why do so many RI girls go to MA teams to play? Your comment would suggest it should be the other way around?

The top 1% of RI girls in the past years have migrated to clubs in Mass. This was especially true for girls graduating '08 - '12. The beginning reason was that RI for many years only had 1 option for girls, the RI Rays. Club was run very arrogantly and didn't do much to develop, just profited off being the only game in town and rode the talent.

That changed quickly as some top prospects started leaving including the Meehan twins, Rays younger groups started leaving for Stars and Scorps. the Rays basiclly went away overnight.

In the last three or four years, the rays void has been filled by Bayside who were traditionally a strong boys club, in the last four years they have become dominate on the girls side.

Today, there are probably 3 top tier players from RI playing in Mass - one on stars U17, one on Stars U16, and one on Scorps U18.

Bayside U17 team has managed to keep top players in-state and played at R1PL level with 3 straight semi final appearances at region 1 championships. If they had the one U17 playing at Stars, they probably make finals at regionals each year.

Bottom line, RI is too small to have depth from 12-18 because of this, players 1-2 in each age group will look to out-of-state options
