NEFC has little competition at Stars. Expect 8-0 games across the board.

Not sure about Valeo Elite but Lou Ramos historically has strong teams.

The reality is there are weak teams in this age group. Nefc WUP and Valeo couldn't win a out of state tournament. They are just not good enough! They look great against a bunch of bad MA teams. Look at the upcoming Nefc U13 team. They have traveled to multiple out of state tournaments and gotten hammered

Nonsense. Bataglia's style as you call it is the only thing that is keeping that team up. They don't have very skilled players but are playing in very intelligent, "grown-up" way. Not sure if that supposed to be a part of U11-U12 curriculum, but it obviously makes them very strong team for now.

WUP and NEFC were very competitive in out of state tournaments last year. Just because they didn't win those tournaments doesn't mean they weren't right in the mix from a competitive standpoint.

That is precisely why he's drilling the possession game to youngsters. He is not encouraging the boys to take chances, instilling creativity or teaching them any one on one moves or teaching soccer game pace.
