Good post! No one is jealous of GPS. The fact is, if I wanted my kid to be on a GPS NPL team, we would be. The tournament participants are pissed at how the event was not advertised, how it was run, and how GPS manipulated it to their benefit. We don't join MPS because your program is weak. No one is impressed with your tactics to win.

How about countering the the posts with a simple explanation of why GPS failed to build the tournament, allowed overage kids to play, as organizers knew overage kids were playing for GPS but failed to inform opposing clubs about it, and flew in players from as far away ad NC for what was supposed to be a northeast regional tournament? You have posted a pile of crap but failed to answer the most elementary questions which has seriously discredited GPS.

I know a simple way to clear up this mess: On the GPS website, put up one of the unavoidable "winning team with trophy/medals" pictures that several of the parents must have taken and list the names of the players underneath.

This is a very common way that clubs promote their accomplishments.

It would be quite simple to state you didn't bring players from NC, that you invited many teams that chose not to participate, and that you informed coaches about the NH GPS over-age players during the tournament. End of discussion. You can't because it's simply not true.

What information was there on the VW site about the the MA northeast regional? None. Nobody gives a crap how much you might have spent on advertisement. The fact is that you ended up with a u10 team because you wanted as a weak a tournament as possible. NH GPS parents were quite open about their anger and distrust about your sleazy operation. They informed parents from other teams that you brought in boys from NC and NY and that GPS took several of their players, which is why they ended up over-age players. This was no secret at all. GPS NH forfeited only after the games had been played, until then it wasn't listed in the online standings or told to opposing coaches. Note this sleazeball isn't claiming that GPS informed tournament participants about this, just that there is no "document" that proves they didn't.

You are shifting the goal posts now, which is exactly what you did during the tournament. We don't need to post a copy of a flight ticket from NC to know that you cheated repeatedly, everyone who was at the tournament, including your own GPS parents know this.
