A good soccer team with individual skill should excel at futsal. Otherwise, catergorize them as a kick and run on the field. MPS Knights are very good soccer and futsal players. Score was 10-9.

Did you friend explain to you why he couldn't play 11v11?

There was one kid on his futsal team that was head and shoulders above anyone else in the facility, but I didn't recognize him. After the game I asked my friend who the kid was. He explained that he cut the kid from his soccer team because he couldn't play 11v11. Once he was on the futsal court, no one could touch him.

Help build technical ability, speed of play, dribbling and passing in tight spaces. Yes, there players that are good futsal players that are not good outdoor players. That being said there are players who are good futsal and outdoor players. Those players end up being great players because they end up with very good technical skills to add to there superior athletic ability. There are many ways to develop soccer players and futsal is one of them. To say it doesn't translate is just simply ignoring all the facts that say otherwise.
