Does anyone know what happened at PDA? Looks like Rovers are out of the championship hunt but likely to get an automatic berth for next year depending on the NJ and LI teams results.

If PDA beat Syosset, Mass will have three teams in next year's U17 R1PL. If the Coach T and the Eagles win the SubR there will be four teams from Mass.

Don't forget about Aztec. They are leading their group in Sub-region play, although their grouping does seem a bit weaker. Ultimately, for either the Eagles or Aztecs teams to be accepted into Premier League next year, they would have to fight it out in the finals. Still quite a few matches to be played. It does look interesting on paper though!

Looks like PDA has won the R1PL U16 North. Their scheduling shenanigans seem to have paid off. The other finalist will be the winner of the Scorps v Stars United game. Should be a great event. Rovers will finish 4th (and get an automatic berth for next year).

And albertson currently stands in first place in the south after tying Gaels. Looks like the good planning is coming to fruition.

Stars beat Gaels 4-0 at Disney. They shouldn't have a problem with Albertson. Albertson really only came on the scene this year. They need another year of recruitment to be competitive with Stars. Of course it didn't do much good for Syosset to recruit an entire team, but that's because they are clueless. Riley is smarter.

Albertson could be knocked out of the playoffs since they have finished all their games. They will likely place no higher than second if Bethesda gets one point out of their remaining three matches. If Gaels manages 4 points out of the next two games they are out or even if they only win one game it will got to tie breakers. For that matter Montclair and Twin County have played only two games and could pass Albertson.

Seems crazy that the North section is pretty much done while the South section is just getting going.
