So that means Rivers will not have TD and DM since they wil be with Revs fulltime. That changes things a bit.

Too bad if TD and DM do not play but had heard that as well. Since DM has committed to Georgetown that may play a role. Without a waiver will be interesting to see if TD stays and plays with Rivers or sticks with the Revs. I assume that CS from BB&N and HB from RL are again out this year as well. Will be interesting to see what happens with RS from RL and BS from BB&N both of whom are with the bolts.

        SH and LA

SH is attending LA along with a talented incoming class to join AK(revs), CH (Bolts), AC (Bolts), Aziz (Bolts), MT (Bolts), MB (NEFC), AP (Bolts), TS (Bolts) and CG (Bolts). LA will be stronger than South Kent and arguably one of the strongest teams in NE with its now mature core. BH and Rivers will be strong, but I just can see them being able to stop LA's mature and explosive midfielders and forwards.

Are all those Bolts players getting waivers?

Only CH is an academy player of that group. The LA coach coaches the non-academy bolts team and brought all of those kids on. SH and AK are studs but the rest are decent but not stars. Good core of a good team though.

Not sure then how one can say that they will be as good as South Kent if they are non-DAP players. Though with a coach that knows his players from club it helps a lot as he will have the confidence in them to play the ball on the ground and stay away from the kick and run game. A team that has the talent to play possesion and keep the ball on the ground can do well in ISL.

you're overlooking the size and strength of the BH backfield. TH and JF are two of the best players in the league, and TH+JC in the center of defense will be lockdown just like last year when they were juniors. BH also has three of the biggest players in the ISL in WC, MF, PM. Rivers takes a knock, but they're midfield last year was run by a sophomore, JS. Now that he's a junior expect to see him become one of the premier players in the league. Rivers also gets SS back from an injury, good skills on the ball.

BH defense is good and are physical but if you look when they played LA against Amadu and Aziz who are both extremely technical their defense was rattled and fell apart. So I wouldn't say their defense creates a lockdown.

Aziz K and Adrian C are capable of playing with academy and train with them but decide not to play for academy because they couldn't get wavers. Aziz is also one of the best strikers in the league.

That was without TH, possible league MVP, due to injury. It will be interesting to see how the size and strength of BH match up with the skill of LA no doubt

TH was definitely not an MVP candidate last year an has to be huge for a team that has no offense. Being big does not make BH good or effective, especially if a decent ref controls the game. BH will have to work hard to be beat LA and Rivers along with STM and MA.

I heard OY is going back to public school. That is going to be a big loss.

no offense? every single freshman and sophomore from BH last year is an offensive player be it midfield or forward. one can only assume that they will have gotten that much more dangerous even though each and every one of them tallied at least one goal during the season.

No offense, but there were only 4 9th and 10th graders on last years team and they were not particularly dangerous. Decent players but not enough to help an offense that only scored 18 goals in 15 league games.

6 of those goals were from those 4, thats 1/3 of the entire team's offensive production out of 4 underclassmen. To think that they aren't going to be important this year is simply ignoring the facts.
