Shame on you for putting down a child who plays on your child's team. Maybe she will decide to leave the team rather than be considered a statue who just stands in front of the net and let's balls bounce off her into the goal. Maybe she will move to a team and play against you and then you can continue to watch her score

[QUOTE=Unregistered;996783]Hey Mom. Congratulations to your daughter. Now stop posting replies back and forth to yourself in order to publicize her. You are setting yourselves up for the big fall. Teach her to be humble, enjoy the experience, and stop being so transparent with your exploitation.[/QUOTE
I know this player and you don't have to worry. She works hard and recognizes that this is a team sport. She is thankful for her opportunities. Talk to her sometime and you will see. I hate to see parents saying bad things about a child they don't even know. I know it happens all the time on TS. Not all talented players are full of themselves.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostFirst off, I posted this and I am most definitely not this child's mother. Secondly, this player has scored over 25 goals this season (according to Top Drawer Soccer)and I find it doubtful that every single one of those was the result of a perfectly placed ball on her foot. That makes her an exceptional player in my book and obviously the NT team coaches agree or she wouldn't have been one of only 2 girls in New England to be invited to the camp. I would hope that the negative posts about this player are not coming from a parent of teammate. That would just be sad and pathetic.
