Very ulittle town rec/travel players and I hate to say it but to move a whole system because mia wants to have oranges at halftime with Susie is beyond stupid. If kids need to be with friends to play soccer than it’s better that they don’t. Go do dance and cheer or whatever else unathletic kids do.

I happen to think GY makes more sense, but guess what? What I think is best doesn't matter. Maybe they will be swayed by coach surveys and studies, maybe they won't. Maybe they will be swayed by your personal opinions and desires, maybe they won't. I guess I’ll have to see it to believe it with chaos. 2 kids moving from 2011 to 2010 in open spots left by 2011s moving to 2012 … not sure how that’s a ghastly nightmare. So, when there are more trapped the bottom bench gets cut? Ummm - that’s a good thing! Kids who move “down” to their grade are now the biggest and can start - a good thing for them. There are tryouts and kids moving around and shuffles every year and somehow we all manage.
