This is true. Few spots still remain but coaches aren't in any hurry to fill them. They're being very picky. If you get a regional offer, accept it so that the coach has more time to evaluate you. Regional rosters too are close to full so you might not even get that.

If your player is good, by U14 parents wake up and realize that the teams and coaches need them more than the parents and players need the club. There are way too many teams and clubs pretending to be elite. And it has only gotten worse this year, and will be worse next year.

KM was coach of 2008 and 2010 Stars Blue ECNL until he was fired mid-season last year for "inappropriate conduct" with member so his 2008 team. He was then hired by Scorpions and coaches their 2008 and 2010 ECNL teams.
