Well, then it's a race to the bottom isn't it? There is no perfect coach so the complains will happen time and time again and if the AD and school response is to change the coach, then there will be a new coach every 2/3 years. And we all know this is not the case. The coach in our town has been in charge of the girls program for 15 years. In all the surrounding towns, every coach has been in charge for at least 8 consecutive years.
