Agree. It helps to be built physically strong, agile, fast and quick. You still have to learn how to use those attributes. At a young age, getting to the ball more quickly than an opponent leads to more touches, more practice. It can be advantageous, but many other factors have to come into play to excel. Players can excel without be lightning quick as well by developing other strengths to compensate.
