PW is great, when he's invested. Wasn't prior to his firing at NEFC and you can see how that impacted his teams.

All this "he wasn't invested" stuff posted on here multiple times by the same 2010 NEFC parent, your player is average at best, and this is the reason she was not invited to the US talent ID clinic. Not his fault. Club forced him to implement pool play, more $ for the club. He didn't want that and neither did the parents/players. Some 10 and 11 parents were intolerable, which I guess happens at all clubs. Change of club's was in the best interest for all involved. He is a great coach.

Blue has an excellent team from the midfield back.
White has some good forwards. I assume they'll be moved next spring or fall.

Having 4 coaches playing tagteam last year didn't help.
Forcing pool play 2 years ago didn't help.
Rampant favoritism for the 2011s didn't help.
Bitter nefc parent is a big drag.
Parents just fatigued with the politics and organizational mistakes.
Also, KM has made Scorpions more interesting.

Criticism is fair and think you missed the primary message of my comment. He's great when invested. Just like any occupation, if you're not happy with your environment (company, coworkers.) it will show. Hope he's happy at FC, in which case they should be getting a great coach.

Here's a hint: whenever a poster is referencing the supposed 10+ intolerable parents at NEFC...that poster is bitter NEFC parent. Always the same narcissistic message - its always someone else to blame, or at fault, or being mean. Its always "everyone else" who has the problem. It's always another kid that sucks. Etc.
I suggest you don't feed him. If you must, he likes bologna.

Why wouldn't "bitter NEFC parent" switch clubs? Makes no sense if it's such a drag on their kids' team.
