Dude some kids aren't ever going to be college (not collage, that's a craft project) material no matter how much they want it. And if they're in a low league with mediocre competition and teammates they're not going to progress very far OR get college exposure. Sure a few ECLR kids might land a spot on a low, low level program but that's it. ECLR2 will be even less. And frankly many don't want it. They just want to play for themselves, make their HS varsity team, that's it. Some might play club in college. Done.

Reality. Try it on for a change.

Maybe MA, RI, CT, E NY, N NJ to get to 10. But it depends on what they do with NYC and LI.

ECRL New England (the OG ) is better competition than all the above.

            Yes, but not by much

Except the travel is much worse in ECRL2. And the local ECRL2 teams are the worst in the league.

Local DPL, Impact, or GAR are better teams, and travel less.

Maybe at the two oldest age groups. But then, those ECRL teams formed before any of the new leagues existed.

At the next three age groups there are multiple DPL and Impact teams that will beat any OG ECRL teams. Many of those are moving to GAR.

Also, whether the competition is better really depends on which ECRL team.

Not even close to true. I can explain why if that helps.

DPL and Impact need to merge, and then split into two brackets, or something. Or just move some teams into NECSL.

Hmmm is this delusional GAR dad or delusional DPL dad? Either way ugh you are so clueless it hurts me. Remember Ga rising will never be as good as ECRL (OG) because GA is never going to be as good as ECNL. ECRL to ECNL os a better pathway than GA rising to Ga. End of day GA just not as good. And DPL is a pathway to nothing.

Sure Blue National is a better option, however NEFC is far superior to the Scorpions. The reputation of the club means everything especially at older ages were recruitment will be in play

                      regional
                      1. Stars top ECRL team in ea age bracket
                      2. NEFC Ga rising (new)
                      3. Select Ga rising (new)
                      4 Scorpions ECRL

                      thats the order move along.
DPL crap league, Impact, watered down weakening dying league, elite 64, done

                          Agreed. #1 Stars #2 NEFC #3 Select #4 Scorpions
Stars has the best coaching and now player development in both ECRL and ECNL but their decision to keep all ECNL teams practicing in Lancaster prevents them from getting all the best players. NEFC is very good but the GA pathway is not so they fall behind. Select is small, political, has issues with favoritism and coaching yet still a strong club turning out very good GA players, Scorpions is always in the middle of losing players and coaches or gaining which seems to cause a lot of stress among families and a lack of consistency in coaching. They have some excellent players though. And, they are ECNL which keeps them getting players.

With the JAB teams moving over to Scorpions, they will dominate the new ECNL RL. It will be embarrassing for Stars. JAB teams are on a par with the current ENCL RL teams.

Agree. I'm quite sure Stars management is losing sleep over their RL teams performance....................................

Ok so we are with Scorpions and some info here is wrong. It’s not all Juve players on the ECRL 2 team. Players cut from national were offered regional, players cut from regionals were offered ECRL 2. Some Juve players may end up on the higher ECRL team and even national. So this idea of an entire team coming over and staying in tact is untrue they will move players as needed.
