For what gotsoccer's worth, R1 premier should be tough sledding for the MA teams. They rank in the lower half of the north division. Seacoast Benfica is off to a good start in the lower R1 league, WUP Red middling with a win and loss, while Blazers' opener is 2 weeks away. Yes, it does. Someone even took a quick survey of scores in the various leagues in which Mass. clubs play, and scores like this were not statistically more or less prevalent in any league. Plus, the score is often not telling. You really have to be at a game to see how even the play was, know whether a team was missing players or played a man up or down, etc. Without seeing this match, that Gauchos team is one of the top teams in NJ, and has been for a couple years.
