Originally posted by Unregistered View PostI think it'll be a non-factor. CU, like the Knights and Blazers for example, have all the players, skills, and coaching necessary to win the state cup. Regardless of competition, they will all be well prepared for the round robin, it's a matter of execution from each team that will decide it.

Knights were plain and simple the better team on the field. They always seemed to be a step or two faster than the CU players. It'll be a much different game when they play again in the state cup, I'm sure.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostOne, the college coaches don't care much about the coaching of the teams, just the ability of the players. Two, "blowout" is over the top. CU had chances. If they finish some, the whole tone of the match could swing. CU didn't finish, and Knights clearly played better and deserved the result. But to me, blowout is when the loser can't generate any meaningful attack, which was not the case.
