This constant ECNL bashing is sad yet comical. Folks just need to concern themselves with their own kid and do what they think is best for their situation. I'm not quite sure why they are concerned about other kids.

What do you have ECNL ECNL ECNL L L L, go Stars...
I bet money this has been said more than once during caviar hour at the Friar Club

It was probably written by someone with a kid on a NON-ECNL team. Why would a ECNL parent write about State Cup unless they have a kid on an ECNL team and another not on an ECNL team.
The obsession that you folks have with ragging on the ECNL kids is tiring...and creepy. Worry about your own kid!!

A quick search of Youtube will prove ECNLs acceptance by coaches, many of whom regularly compare the leagues impact and quality to DAP. That does not mean that EVERY DAP or ECNL player is the best, it just means both leagues have assembled a good percentage of top teams and players. And this is not meant to be inflammatory.

R1 is greatly weakened and no longer the proven path it was prior to the emergence of ECNL. Do your own research. Don't blindly trust me or anyone else here on T-S.
