Shows that they have a hell of a U11 Pool!

If it really was their U11-B team then I would have to agree with you. My guess is that it was their U12-B team. Either way, their A team underperformed and their B team probably had a great game. It may be a long season for the boys side.

MPS Crusaders played the Scorpions Premier BU11 team twice, the Scorpions Premier BU12 team and the Scorpions Elite BU12. They also played the New Hampshire Classics BU12 and won 2-1. All in all they went 5-0 for the tournament. Most importantly, each of the boys had fun and the coach never yelled once.

Impressive. What kind of game did they play? Possession style (with lots of passing and sudden attacks) or "get it to the striker with no real midfield play" or...

viking is not good team

Vikings have a lot of new kids...they left half of last years' team with their current U11 team. Not as strong this year.

Love comments like this. When did this happen - years ago? Were they playing 11 v 11? Oh wait, Bolts are a giant club and Bede is small so they must be second tier. How else do you justify the giant fees?

I am not affiliated with Bede. I saw the team play. They are fine. Decent athletes with relatively good skills. Play decent soccer. On par with most of the average "elite" teams out there, including teams from big clubs. Let's face it, the only team far above the others at U12 is the Blazers. And no I am also not affialted with the Blazers.

I am not affiliated with the Blazers but they are the best U12 team in the state. We've played a lot of them and this one is far and away the best. How many kids on this years roster were with the team last year?

Different poster here. Have either of you seen these teams play? I have seen Bede team play. They have good athletic skills but soccer skills are not anywhere near the top level that I have seen in MA. The top U12 boys teams I have seen play from MA are Blazers, Bolts, MPS Predator and Western United. It's not just about the final score but how the team plays and the individual skill levels of the players. And I don't think Blazers are at a higher level than any of these other top teams. You can't go by scores alone.

This is a totally different Vikings team. This U12 team has 9 new players that are new to club.

It is the same team as last year with the exception of a second goalie. The old goalie is definitely better.

We are talking about the U12 Blazers with DC right? If so, yes- they play 11 v11 now. They had to increase their roster size...

a couple of the above players may have joined in the Spring to replace two players that left. So I guess technically, that makes 2 or 3 new players in the Fall.
