Yes. Bolts lost at least 3 to Stars. Once the team imploded, others went to MPS, NEFC and Stars B or C teams.

Dr. Z says.............................
Yes June will be very important.
I don't see how Stars can become the destination team if they finish third or lower in the league and don't win State Cup. I again give the example of the U16 team.
I tend to agree with BTDT that if there is going to be a destination team or teams that Stars and NEFC are the frontrunners. I don't see Scorpions as a destination type of club, but there are several good players on South Shore Select, Crusaders, and other surrounding clubs to improve their chances. Aztecs and Scorpions have the challenge of their location.
Stars is a great club, but they benefit from their location, and so will NEFC.
Pioneers will never be a destination club. It's not just location, but coaching and club organization that does them in.
So my prediction is that these teams will remain largely intact unless NEFC or Stars pulls away from the pack.

I'm betting that NEFC will end up to be the most desired team because they have what no other team has - 2 regional level players. Talent follows talent. The Stars don't have any high profile players on their roster yet and need to do a whole lot of recruiting just to pull even with them.

Can't discount MPS because they have so many freakin' players in their club and they haven't competed much against any of the top teams so you can't tell if any of them are any good. They could be loaded for all anyone knows. Does anyone know if they have any U13 players that have had success in the Super Y ODP program? That might give a clue if they are.

You bring up an interesting point. The South Shore is loaded with team. If Scoprions good get the right mix between FM and KD teams and add 3 or 4 top players from other clubs to include a keeper that this team has never had. Would theybe able to contend with a distination team. Assuming they keep all their top talent.
Aztecs are in a similiar situations with this age group. Could they get players from NH and other clubs in their area. Scorpions KD beat Seacoast 3-1 and I heard they were dominated. Would top Seacoast players go to the Aztecs.

I have no indication the regional players at NEFC will leave that team. The coaching and club are really strong. They've already attracted one ECNL bound player. If NEFC improves, they will attract more.
As with all age groups, players will go to the strongest team, and not the ECNL team necessarily.
