I think you mean parent manager. But hey, "club administrator" sounds much more drastic. Why let facts get in the way of your bashing?
Ah no, it was club administrator before Ristuccia was hired.
I just looked all over the Scorpions web site, and I don't see any former Bolts administrators or managers.

Scorpions arent posting their rising U16 region 1 team until after the Nationals. Look at the U12 Elite list though.

Will there be a Bolts team at U15, U16 or U18 next spring?

How competetive will they be? Any hope of getting back into D1?

Sure, there's hope. But it's hard to think about where, say, the rising U15 team might be in the spring of 2010. Let's see how well they do in 2009 with a substantially new lineup.

And a new, highly regarded coach.

New U15/U16 teams will need many skilled players to stay in Div 2 next spring. Only a handful of players are returning, maybe 3 or 4 on each team.New coaches have alot of work to do to grow the teams.

Re: FCGB Names New Director of Girls Programs

What happened to the predicted resurgence of the Bolts girls program? This fall the U12, U13 and U14 teams all had disastrous seasons and will be relegated. The U12 and U13 teams haven't won a single game and the U14 team will be out of MAPLE this spring. A lot of key players left the U15 and U16 teams so it's unclear if they have sufficient players to field a team at these age groups, much less a competitive one. Is something being done to try and right the ship?

Why bring this up? What's the point unless you have a personal issue with FCGB?

Some people just aren't content sticking the knife in. The like to make sure they give it a good twist too.

FCGB hired a girls director and an assistant girls director this year and told people at tryouts that they were going to turn the girls side around. That doesnt seem to have happened looking at their fall perfomance. No "issues" here beyond wondering what their plan is now heading into winter and spring seasons. Sounds like it will be an uphill battle for them, which is too bad considering the success they've had with the boys and the all the coaches they have on their staff. If I had a daughter interested in trying out, what would the club use as an argument to convince her that the girls side has a future (and me, who would be spending the $)?

Who did they hire as their asst. girls dir?. I read here about the Wellesley coach being the gilrs director, but I did not know they hired an assistant as well.

Agreed. Just let them disappear quietly. There are plenty of programs around that pay attention to the girls.

The horse was already out of the barn when someone was hired to shut the barn doors. Everyone knows that. So now quit
