I agree, except I would put the Pioneers in front of North Shore and NEFC M lower on

Toss up between Stars and NEFC z ,Stars having hard time hitting net ,couple of key players out with injuries ,Z got beat by stars in stars cup 4-0, western stronger than you think , Nefc b lost it when they went to big field, cant play feed the one girl any more. pioneers ,shut down blonde girl is all you have to do, other teams not a factor. we will find out in week 7 who will prevail when NEFCz play Stars

the Stars may be able to say that but the Pioneers and their obnoxious parents will be joining Derry in the Green division this spring. They will lose to Western and continue to lose.Good luck with that schedule.

I thought the reason most of us have our kids playing maple is to improve on their skills and to have more competition. I look at these comments and all people do is put down the coaches, the teams and the parents. My child looks at these posts and it really sad to here what she says. Why are parents so mean. The blue is a top division and all these teams have earned the right to be there some how. For the kids sake lets stop bashing other teams.

YOU are correct, people are morons. Just let the girls play soccer and let them enjoy the experience. Everyone has already had their childhood, let your kids enjoy theirs. First of all, any team who is upper Green or Blue is a quality team. Anyone who screams like a lunatic at an opposing player (who is 11 years old mind you) has a problem. It looks like some parents are about to "go after" an 11 year old for a push or trip or a whatever. If your child can't get tripped or pushed, then this probably isn't for them. BUT they are usually fine. Its normally mommy and daddy who flip out. Everyone would be much better served if they'd spend this much time helping them with school work and stop giving them everything they ask for so the kids grow up with a sense of responsibility and not a sense of entitlement.

I was watching a guy associated with a Mass. club this weekend at CFC. His daughter must have been participating in the games on a U10 team, I couldnt tell which one she was. He, and a few others, were way too into it ('get her', 'push her back', 'harsh tones of voice', 'thats it' when an opponent went flying or was tackled or dispossesed). In the game that I saw the most of they were playing a Mass club based in the same area of the state. The rival team was better and he just couldnt take it, I laughed out loud a few times but was shooshed by some other people in our group. He was impossible to miss, if he doesnt settle down he is either going to have a heart attack or become infamous. It has to be his first kid going through this...and (just a wild guess) he must have been a frustrated athlete himself, he just had zero sense of how unimportant this no results tournament was. His appearance and dress were normal but as I was watching him after the game (his team lost by a few) he seemed to be staring down the opposing coach who was oblivious to him... he also wandered over to the players side right after the game ended... it really looked like he might say something to someone but he didnt. Cant wait to see this guy again. Bad news for the daughter though.

There is an NEFC Dad just like that in that age group. Hope the 2 of them don't meet on the sidelines..... I saw him when the team was up by 5 goals and he was still carrying on.

Just a spectator in Western Mass today- that Western team outplayed Pioneers and should have won today. Pioneers just a kick and run game, with coach screaming on sidelines. Western team passes and moves the ball so well, very impressed.

I completely agree. I did not see a single standout on Pioneers. Western had at least three that come to mind, 2 great defenders and #4. Western dominated!
