I grow chilis in my garden every summer and make a killer chilli paste that I mix into my Frank's buffalo wing sauce. Poblano's, Habaneros, Jalapenos, some tomato paste, vinegar, hit puree on the blender. My wings get fried first then convect roasted. Hit em with sauce a few times.
Two things. Don't put your nose near the blender and don't change your contact lenses too soon after eating the wings.
