I grow chilis in my garden every summer and make a killer chilli paste that I mix into my Frank's buffalo wing sauce. Poblano's, Habaneros, Jalapenos, some tomato paste, vinegar, hit puree on the blender. My wings get fried first then convect roasted. Hit em with sauce a few times.

Two things. Don't put your nose near the blender and don't change your contact lenses too soon after eating the wings.
Just how many personalities do you have - Cujo?

I'd love to try those wings. Do you grow the habaneros?

Yes. Just about the only thing that my garden produced last year. I'll mail you a jar of the paste in late July. I am serious.

I'll take you up on that. I am a hot food nut. I probably have 20 or so bottles in the fridge.

I have about half that - some of the usual Frank's and Mc stuff but lots of one off small brands - the bottles/labels in and of themselves are interesting enough to buy. My wife thinks I have lost it because I put hot sauce on everything. Eggs, soup, beans, rice, in her gravy etc etc.

There was a fun hot sauce shop in Provincetown that closed a few years ago. I loved the names - like Neal's Hairy *** Hot Sauce, Volcano Fixins. etc.
