I believe the reference is to the lack of team chemistry and the individual focus of too many players.

Where are all these first team Stars kids going to go? 2nd team, Fuller, MPS, BW, Scorpions, Explosion?

What a crappy situation... too much turnover. Have they lost their "continuity of roster" status yet for MA State Cup?

My guess would be Scorpions... talented players, R1PL this spring, ENCL next year, top coach. No other clubs can say that.

Ah, sorry but Scorpions are not ECNL right now. Perhaps they will be, but I'd put my money on MPS before Scorpions being accepted into ECNL.
