You can say what you want but I’ve yet to see a coach care more about his players than this guy. He is the fairest coach I have come across and he is very true to his word. The work he does on the training field is second to nobody, you can see it in the way his team plays. His understanding of the players feelings and how he communicates with them and recognizing what they need to hear is insightful. Sure he gets frustrated sometimes more than most and sometimes more than he should. Yet If anyone asks his players what they think of him, you will get familiar response. They love him.

If "very true to his word" means belittling kids in public and losing his s#*@ on a consistent basis on players and other coaches, then he is a pro and "insightful"-lol

Most top coaches in the world across a lot of sports scream and shout from the sidelines. Unless we are talking about Rec ball here. Not sure what the point being made is? If Suzie can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen. I’ve also heard him many times shouting words of praise at the top of his voice for all to hear as well. Haters will always hate, but people don’t speak of others that are not a threat to them. Nobody ever seems to attack this guys coaching ability, just that he screams. I know what I think is more important at an elite soccer level. Each to their own though

Say what you want about SC but he is much better than KL or DG. KL joysticks and treats players like crap, sometimes at the same time. SC yelling is constructive criticism at least. He just needs to work on referee and opposing Coach treatment. He is an excellent coach.

This age group sucks compared to the 09 team. SC has commented to the parents of the 09 team how disappointed he is with the 07 team. They need to get their sh*t in order to properly represent bsc!

No, the 09s need as much help as they can get. The only 09 that is a true play up is not a #teamplayer and the family thinks they are better than everyone else. Just play on age.

Some of the best clubs in the US allow players to play up and even play boys side. Unfortunately though there aren't many around here. I believe FCV has some of the top players from the age below playing up after the mid point in the year across the age groups. Makes sense to keep your best players challenged.

A challenge would be helping the now struggling 09s. The best players make other players around them better and not vice versa. You left our team to implode.
