the SDNY cant get allan to flip, you know why? because he is the CFO which means he is the guy who created the tax filings, submitted the tax filings and is legally responsible for the tax filings for both himself and the Org
he is also the one who benefitted from the non disclosed income
its a weak case if this is all they got- taxes on income of 1.7 million is at the very worst 600K now they will add penalties and fees to get the number as high as possible, but at the end of the day this is a drop in the bucket as far as big tax dodges go

That isn't a legal protection, just a publicity one. Even if she was given bad advice by her tax preparer it's still her signature on the forms. Given the family and how freely they skirted the rules, including the CFO, not doubt she knew. Weiselberg and other staff members were certainly aware of the rules along with any outside accounting firms they used (or maybe it was all in house since they weren't public?)

I'm wondering how deep weiselberg's son is in all this. It isn't just all the perks he got that weren't taxed but be was running Trumps all cash Central Park skating rink. Hiding cash income?
