He stated Roe v Wade was " precedent on precedent ", but that's not good enough for Dems. You see, if Roe v Wade gets looked at and reversed, it would give it back to the states. That's mean the Legislature not the courts. Dems would have to get their agenda through votes and Representatives. That's what they fear.

An investigation by the FBI will not be conclusive. Just ask Joe Biden. I gave you the solution in my post. The Justice system. That's where every other American that doesn't have favored status by a politicized Democratic party and a biased media carrying their water go for Justice.

A fair process would not even have it heard in the Senate. They are a political biased group of elected representatives that make laws, not determine who breaks them or not.
