Even many who did vote for him now regret it. I've got several die hard Republican friends and family who are just shaking their heads and where things have gone. They might not even buy into the Russia story but are so utterly disappointed in his legislative performance and personal embarrassments. Given how close the race was (and he really only won because of the EC in 3 states) it won't take much to get him out. People are fed up with Congress too. 2018 and 2020 will be a sea change for both parties. Now if we could get some other parties and meaningful campaign finance reform also we might actually start to resemble a democracy again.

Unfortunately the Democrats anti-Trump year long tirade is getting a bit thin. As Clara said so eloquently " where's the beef", The Democrats need to first produce a front running Leader, and a platform deeper than trump is Putin's Pal.

They don't have answers, and their lefty side is showing more impatient, starting challenges from within. If the push the lefty agenda forward, it may not work. Actually Trump has had a profound effect on the Democratic party. Things may not be so easy for Dems especially if the economy continues as it is , or better.

This is what's funny/troubling. The Dems decided, and shaped the election so only one person would be elected, and this is what we got. The Dems couldn't even put a real challenge in against Trump.
