That teachers, who Republicans don't want to pay and don't want to teach, should now be armed counterterrorist responders.
That assault rifles are the same as every other gun, such as bolt-action or muzzle loaders, and only have decorative trappings that do not aid in their function.
That banning semiautomatics won't make these guns unavailable.
That there should be no laws, because criminals don't respect laws and therefore ignore laws.
That the Second Amendment applies to individual gun ownership.
There, how's that for starters?

4) Manufacturing returning to the US: If by manufacturing you mean call center jobs, OK.
5) Illegal immigration capitulating: Ok I'll give you that one. Not feeling very welcome! : -)
6) DACA kids and meaningful boarder security finally being addressed: No progress to date. Talk is cheap.
6) ISIS wiped out, it's leader injured and on the run: temporarily shut down caliphate city, but individual actors and online immitators are the real problem in US.
7) Sensible gun control and mental health legislation in motion: Progress to date? Talk is cheap.
8) Infrastructure being addressed: Progress to date? Ridiculous proposal rejected out of hand by most stakeholder. What is this the 4th "infrastructure week"? Can we get it going yet?
9) American energy prowess expanding: "Clean beautiful coal, baby! Drill, baby drill!"

These are positions from "some people" but they are not "Republican Positions" with exception of allowing teachers to carry, even then you'll have lots disagreement between republicans.
As far as the second amendment. SCOTUS has repeatedly disagreed with you. Wiki does a good job summarizing the history:

Scholl down to: Conflict and compromise in Congress produce the Bill of Rights

But who would deny that this theater, should it lead to nothing changed, proved to be little more than a publicity move by the President's team?
It's up to the President now to make this more than just theater, isn't it?
Nobody

2) Continuing a trend established by Obama. YW.
3) Growth less than promised, as you say. Less than Obama growth, too.
4) #FakeNews. Carrier and others exporting jobs. Any jobs coming, such as BMW production, were planned in the Obama years.
5) Illegal immigration is down thanks to Obama, who deported way more than previous presidents.
6) No Daca solution. No wall. The wall is stupid. But, if Mexico pays, I'll deal with one.
7) No sensible gun control. Talk is cheap. Trump and Co. are waiting for the latest shooting to fade away.
8) Proposals about infrastructure are unfunded, as is everything Trump proposes.
9) Clean coal. Right. More idiotic rhetoric believed and repeated by those who profit and their serfs, the less educated members of society.

As far as the first two, Obama did nothing to help the economy he was completely removed from any efforts to impact it after republicans took control in 2010. The market grew faster than after any president in history with Trump (that's a fact, even with the correction). Growth (including wage growth) is growing faster than economist predicted, hence the correction and fear the Feds will rein it in. Manufacturing jobs are also growing faster than predicted this a fact that is substantiated by labor statistics.
My original position should have been read in John Oliver's voice for maximum enjoyment! : -)
I'm willing to say that while the initial list has the defect of counting "proposals" or Talking points" as "done deals", hopefully some of that does get done. Some of it, the reaction is more to the mean-spirited approach he takes to these issues. And the fact that he's a deliberate troll (not intended as an insult) in his approach. I get that some people dig that, though.

The gift that keeps on giving
After news that Parkland's armed officer did not go into the school during the shooting, Trump just said that he wants schools to arm teachers because security guards don't "love the children" like the teachers do
