oh he's in deep with the campaign and WH. I have no doubt he has dirt on the situation. But unlike many of the others caught up in this mess (Flynn, Manafort et al) I don't think Mueller has criminal charges against Bannon. Mueller can pressure the other witnesses to testify in exchange for an easier deal. With Bannon it's more about whether he decides to stay loyal to a narcissist who expects loyalty from all who serve him but is never loyal to anyone but himself.
