If Cohen has paper to corroborate that trump did it (or tapes) he’s guilty.
Sure he can’t be indicted.
But those are “high crimes” and if GOP doesn’t file articles of impeachment they are part of the cover up

Cohen has elocuted that he used campaign monies, in coordination and at the direction of the "candidate". The purpose of these payments were, in fact, to influence the outcome of the 2016 election by keeping these stories from reaching the public. If this is proven true, then Trump has committed a criminal act regarding the misuse of campaign funds.
The other outcome of this is that the "stay" ruling ordered by the judge in the Stormy Daniels civil case, will almost certainly be vacated, by the criminal ruling which proves the Daniels argument. When that is released, Daniels will then be free to move forward with her civil action. That bull dog of a lawyer she has will have his muzzle taken off. Watch out.Comment
