how do you understand if you are doing any type of investigation outside of the purview of your stated mission on a non public WH server that is a no no? Now I will agree that the law is vague here as far as the legality of it but if you are doing said investigation at the behest of another and they are paying you for it then you are complicit in the spying...whether or not they had any knowledge of what the data was to be used for when they took it is fact is unknown at this point(plausible deniability) but the data miners themselves are the small potatoes and may have plead already in exchange for information...this all remains to be seen...Trump's henchman lmao...another absurd statement by the little libby...
