Aaah well — I can’t stand Trump and this is a soccer site but let’s be fair on this one Maradona is a known Drug user this is not his first denial , I thought he was a great player in his time but I have no pity for the years of him lying and cheating the system , his failures as a player and coach as been brought on by himself. He was allowed into the country back in 94 after being denied in 93 and then screwed up by testing positive.
It’s all here, below....so the above article is missing pieces and as much as Id love to bash ...Trumps not to blame on this one.

Much Better to use actual documentation than a forged copy and paste don’t you think?
Video /Sound is 100% proof. The world is based on that now but you knew that right?
Police Camera Vests, CCTV. You know good facts not alternative facts.
I know you would love for your Spin Doctor mentality to work here but it’s not and it won’t.

                (0) Lets remind ourselfs that In September 2015, the Washington Free Beacon (A Republican Media outlet, and a conservative publication, retained the services of Fusion GPS, a private Washington D.C. political research firm, to conduct research on several primary Republican Party candidates including candidate Trump. The research was unrelated to Russia but was focused on Finding Dirt on Candidate Trump ended once Trump was determined to be the presidential nominee, in other words Republicans and Conservatives did not want Trump to be the Republican Candidate.

(1-2) On 18 November 2016, Sir Andrew Wood, British ambassador to Moscow from 1995 to 2000, met with U.S. Senator John McCain at the Halifax International Security Forum in Canada, and told McCain about the existence of the collected materials about Trump. Wood vouched for Steele’s professionalism and integrity. In early December, McCain obtained a copy of the dossier from David J. Kramer, a former U.S. State Department official working at Arizona State University. On 9 December 2016 McCain met personally with FBI Director James Comey to pass on the information.

                (3) Mcabe also said there was other evidence that the FBI deemed as credible to require an FISA warrant but of course Nunes cherry picked that part.

                (4) Trey Gowdy ..are you really believing Gowdy as so credible , the man that spent 7.6 million dollars of US Tax payers money on Benghazi ...and WE STILL HAVENT CAUGHT THE LIBAYAN TERRORISTS....REALLY.

                (5) The FBI did not leak the info ....CNN *& The Wall Street Journal did you should be happy and so should Trump
On 11 January 2017, The Wall Street Journal revealed that Steele was the author of the controversial dossier about Trump, citing "people familiar with the matter. Although the dossier's existence had been "common knowledge" among journalists for months at that point and had become public knowledge during the previous week, Steele's name had not been revealed. The Telegraph asserted that Steele's anonymity had been "fatally compromised" after CNN published his nationality.

AND after all your lack of not knowing Shyte ....dont you find it strange the actual core of this Russia investigation Nunes hasn't mentioned **** George Demetrios Papadopoulos***
0,1,2,4,5 are irrelevant to the topic.

3, How would you know this since that discussion was classified with congress and not (yet) released publically? How does the unclassified statement from McCabe (in the memo) square with the potentially leaked statement from you're claiming.

Your Leader is in Biiiiiiiiig Trouble...Memo was a pile shyte , a bunch of white guys calling bloody murder and claiming it’s the mother of scandals, just news for Hannity and gang to keep you all happy. Trump & Nunes now in this together I expect him to be removed by this time next year.

(please preface all my comments with the phrase "In my understanding..." since none of us know the actual facts or intentions of the players, and are merely showing our biases based on our personal exposure to our various news sources.)

                    1. Steele was more shocked and aghast at what he had learned and that was the basis for his not wanting T to become pres. He's not a US citizen and has no skin in the game. Of course he doesn't want to see someone like this in that office.

                    2. The explanations for this, and the term "terminated" used in the memo to characterize Steele's involvement with the FBI are new, but again misleading. From reading the two released GPS transcripts, the chronology of Steele's communication as well as the panic and feeling that resulted from the feeling that the FBI was not following up on the intel is what caused him to begin seeking alternative ways to get the info acted on. (Leaks to news, as well as getting it to Comey via McCain) He was never paid directly by FBI for any of this (although the memo hints that it may have been discussed and authorized, but never happened) Reporters who were named (David Corn and Isakoff) have discussed their meetings with Steele, and neither one relied on Steele's work as the primary source in their reporting either.

                    3. Agree that more clarifying detail is needed. What I'm getting so far is that the quote is inaccurate, and that for a complete application, all presented facts are important and without all facts, the application is incomplete. Important to realize that only the relevant facts from the dossier would be brought to bear on the FISA warrant. The stuff about Page, not the Pee tape, etc. Background about Page in the Dossier would be relevant, but not enough on it's own.

                    4. True story, according to Nunes last night. His background more suited. We've seen he has a conspiratorial bent as well, so one might be concerned his characterizations to the lackeys writing the memo might be worth questioning. I'm not personally espousing the following theory, but it's been mentioned as suspicious that he announced his intention to quit the house the night before the memo release :- )

                    5. Addressed in #2, pretty much. A bit of a recursion if true. But don't know that the specific items used in the FISA warrant were "used more than once" (ie a report about a report)

                    6. It was said that the source was a "political actor". At this point in the game, it was clear who the opponent was. I've heard substantial commentary from pundits (Ex DOJ, FBI, prosecutors, people involved in many FISA warrants, etc.) that there is a certain amount of expectation that a voluntary witness like this will have a bias against the target. Not many people walk off the street with a dossier of negative facts against someone they're accusing of a crime. It's usually a spurned business partner, angry spouse, etc. with "the goods", and as long as the info meets the "probable cause" threshold, it can be used. Also white washed in the memo version is the chain of custody from Clinton to Steele. The only thing Steele knew was GPS was the client. Not anyone else. Clinton campaign did not use any of the dossier info publicly in the campaign.

To be fair, though, I have seen some of the same type of pundits (ex DOJ, FBI, FISA, etc.) say the opposite thing re: the disclosure of the source's funding and bias, so there is some room for interpretation about that.

I think Comey (as I mentioned in my previous post) thought there'd be more than this one revelation in the memo. Maybe he was sweating bullets? :- ) Yeah, there's some disturbing stuff there. Even CNN and MSNBC's pundits all said... yeah there's some concerning stuff here... I think the Bruce Ohr stuff was glossed over, and the Strock/Page texts kinda lumped in as though it was relevant but not a clear corroboration there.

So, agree to disagree, I guess.
Finally someone who does some homework. Well done. However, many of your sources appear to be MSM tainted but nevertheless they are sources of info to be assessed.

                    1) I'm not buying that Steele was so aghast that he had to find ways to get the FBI to act. Like you said he wasn't a US citizen. He cared that much about US politics? Fishy... I would suspect it was more related to what's in it for me (Steele). I could buy that (for whatever reason, maybe money) his anti-trump sentiment pushed him a little further than normal.

                    2, 4, 5, 6) fair points.

                    3) I would agree and I left this out in my take, that there must have been more information in the FSIA application to substantiate an court approval. The key question is was the "other" evidence enough or was McCabe's statement accurate that without the dossier the application would not have been submitted.

He's not in big trouble with voters. Trump's poll numbers keep climbing. Now at 49% approval among likely voters.

Thanks to you, too. I will admit Maddow and Seth Abramson are primary sources for me, although I do a fair amount of "channel switching" to get other viewpoints.

Going back to point 1, It's hard to asses Steele's motivation. While this has all blown up, it could just as easily have been a non-story. If HRC had won, none of this would be talked about. At the time, for GPS, and then Steele, it was just a "gig". In reading Simpson's testimony, this was obviously the biggest "election related" gig GPS have had. He seemed a little freaked out about it. Steele, too, I feel, was not trying to parlay this in any major way. He has rarely been seen since, has not spoken much if at all publicly, and is pretty much damaged goods for now, in terms of his livelihood.

Simpson characterized Steele's actions as "citizenship", and while not a US citizen (probably meant to say "civics" or whatever the adjective form of the word civics) felt an obligation as a fellow IC member to say something.

But, yeah, money may have been a motivator. You've worked with consultants, right? Phase I: "create a plan of how to bill you for Phase II through X" :- )

Will be interesting to see how the #3 McCabe quote plays out.

3/4 if the country HATE Trump so the correction would be 25% “likely” votes but I do believe 49% of HIS own base like him.
