Subpoenas arise out of congressional committees as I recall and are not subject to fillibuster or even votes of the entire body.

So senate intelligence or judiciary for example can subpoena anyway they please now that Dems chair those committees.

It’s going to be interesting cons. You should probably reflect on the Benghazi investigations to get a clear idea about what life will settle down to for most cons in Congress very soon.

Congress has the authority to throw no shows into jail. That usually will get people talking.
Trump and all his minions are all now private citizens with no protections. Even in the last trial, several witnesses could and should have been compelled to testify but since it was controlled by the GOP it didn't happen.
