it is widely used worldwide for many things but most used for 2 Malaria and lupus
lupus used to be an off label use of it as well

There is ZERO evidence it does anything as a preventative, which is how Trump is taking it.

There are many studies for both ^ above, too many probably, but still not definitive data. Spending so much effort on this is diverting attention and funding away from other potential treatments. And if you think no one is making money off this? So many bridges and swamps for sale at bargain prices, you really should get in on it.
