Jordan didn’t commit any of the alleged acts- you say he should have known? Well that you have to actually prove as you don’t know what you don’t know.
Since he doesn’t work at the school anymore he may be called to testify but the lawsuits against the school have no bearing on him
Bring your case- ( it’s heinous and deserves some harsh justice) but trying to broaden blame for political purposes cheapens the real crime and may hurt a good case
