the market already baked in the fed cut- they weren't surprised by that news
its down because none of the major countries have come up with a plan for this virus
and none of the news has been positive- the news hasn't been devastating but the market wants a nugget of good news
this market will pop when
vaccine is announced, spread stops or deaths don't rise- anything that lets them know its manageable long term
