1) Explain exactly how he strong armed? Explain exactly who testified that he withheld aid in return for an investigation into the Bidens? Not even Mulvaney said what you claim when he publicly noted they do it all the time. Which they should BTW.

2) That's not obstruction. That's using his executive privilege. There are three equal branches. If he disagrees with congress he has every right not to give them information. SCOTUS can decide if he should.

3) Not a campaign violation. There is a dual purpose clause in the statute. John Edwards' case law that already supports this.

4) No evidence anyone stays there to gain favor. Please use your head, do you this a billionaire will be swayed by a few hundred dollar hotel stay?

5) The other two items are not related to his presidency nor are there any facts to back up your claim and there is not a company the size of Trump's business in the country that has not been sued for something. There is always someone trying to squeeze people with money.

Putting aside even if there was evidence that aid was withheld in return for Biden’s investigation it wouldn’t be a crime, there is no evidence whatsoever that Trump withheld aid in return for an investigation into the Biden’s. Volcker's testimony explains exactly what happened. There was a hold on aid and not the first time aid was held by the Trump administration, several other bad acting countries aid were held before, Egypt, Honduras, etc, and Volcker wanted to get things moving so he was directed to work with Rudy to get things moving. Rudy recommended to Volcker that in return for a White House visit, Ukraine’s president would have to release a statement that they’re investing the 2016 election DCN server concern and Burisma. Never a mention of the Biden’s. In all the conversations between various people on the topic even on the Ukrainian side it was those two things in return for a visit. In the Clinton case there was a clear crime, perjury. The obstruction article of impeachment had to do with Paula Jones nothing about the BJ.

Nixon was never impeached. The articles that were drafted never reached the house for a vote. Nixon took the same approach that Trump did in withholding information from Congress. tapes and other materials. Congress took it to the SCOTUS and Nixon lost. Nixon knew what was in the tapes so he resigned.

In Trump's case he basically released the tapes (the phone call) day one and said here it is, it is PERFECT!
