As for your numbers, they are wrong. More shootings under Trump by a wide margin but lower body count per event. Much of it depends on what each source defines as "mass" or if it's casualties vs deaths. But Trump has more on actual shootings under his watch in far less time.

How warped must you be to think this tells us anything. You want to find someone to blame? I'd start with the Senate Majority Leader, who defines the agenda for the Senate and what bills get voted on and what bills do not.
Then I'd turn to the American people, who continue to send people to Congress that seem to show, through their actions, that they are far more obligated to the special interests that buy them out, as opposed to the constituents who put them into office.
