So what do you think the stats say about threats that were made to Obama and HRC?

There is a line that asks if you have a foreign account, but if it isn’t populated, then the government needs to already have information that he has an account. So if democrats have the foreign bank account. State that and say the purpose is to collaborate with his tax return.

Debt isn’t an input on a tax return. Interest is, but not debt. You will not be able to determine the debt level

You want to investigate the president because he may have lied about his charitable contributions? Might as well drag every tax payer in.
Not so fast Amigo.... if he took out loans from foreign banks, then they should be on the Fed Tax return (they probably are)

tRUMP appears to have paid little in taxes due to "business losses" ...not debt... at $1Billion it certainly is worthy of investigation.

Charitable deductions... don't care about them .... tRUMP though wasn't just padding them ... he was outright lying that he made them... (we understand that even a semblance of honesty would be a detriment to a GOP candidate)

But if you go back, I mean it just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats [...] But certainly we had some very good economies under Democrats, as well as Republicans. But we've had some pretty bad disasters under the Republicans"

Hmmm... did tRUMP once have a brain ?

he was also pro Hillary and pro choice. The one area he has stayed true to self is his bigotry (see: Central Park 5) and his over-inflated ego.

Reading some of these posts it is hard to believe how foolish some of them are.

                1. There aren't any Laws in existence that say an American citizen must release copies of his Tax Returns with anyone but the IRS.Unless there is a Court Order , as a consequence of due process. That being said, they may have to be released and shown to others as a condition or consideration.

                2. Campaign Finance laws also do not call for the release of Tax Returns by an individual candidate.

                3. If there are demands to release a citizens' tax returns, which is private, confidential and personal information, what other documents and information should also be shown on demand?

                  Typical inaccurate obfuscation....

the law is crystal clear .... here it is

<<Upon written request from the chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives, the chairman of the Committee on Finance of the Senate, or the chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, the Secretary [of the Treasury] shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure>>

Fines or jail for the offenders...

In answer to 3. ... how about birth certificates -- yours and your parents

tRUMP lied about Obama's and is now lying about his father's nationality... surprised why the moral members of the GOP aren't holding him accountable... must be some form of bias they have .... unless, of course, you can proffer an alternative explanation for the lying.

Forgetting to mention- he promised us Americans on numerous times he would furnish his personal Taxs before the Election then again said he would after the Election.

The guy has been stalling knowing he has been funded by some bad Hombres
(Russians /Saudis) He & the Republicans are desperate to get that 2nd term in.

Honestly it’s pretty sad watching our country fall apart as the Republican Party implode with this Presidents abuse of power.

                      Who really knows?

Is it likely that they just want to find some financial impropriety or likely foreign influence that would explain some of his more questionable decisions regarding foreign policy and trade?

And do you really think this is the focus of the majority of Democrats?

Could it be that they just believe it an ethical thing to do, based on the long practice of transparency shown on this matter by previous Presidents?

Why wouldn't a person, who wants to serve the nation in its highest office, want to be transparent to the electorate and prove that he or she is the ethical and honorable person they contend to be? If the returns have nothing that would harm him, why not do it and simply make the issue go away?

When you look in the mirror and be totally honest, don't you find his unwillingness to continue this long tradition of openness a bit disturbing and an indication that he really does have something to hide? Is this the action of a person who can be trusted?

And in the end, isn't it all about trust?

My statement number one is correct. The House needs to get the returns from the Treasury Dept. which the IRS is a part of. The House can not get them directly from the citizen taxpayer.

In regards to the House getting them from the IRS, these two cases specifically address the issues involved.
                        Kilbourn v Thompson
                        Watkins v US

SCOTUS wil be the ultimate authority if it gets that far.

Let us now talk about the lies by Dems and the MSM regarding the Tax law changes.

Now that tax season has concluded, the data show that the average refund was down just $55 from $2,780 to $2,725.

In reality, taxpayers made this gap up each two-week paycheck, with the average taxpayer seeing an average of $50 more according to data released by H&R Block.

This should not be a shock.

In total, H&R Block found that federal taxes were down almost 25 percent for 2018.

And Americans at every income level and in every Congressional district are seeing tax reduction, a fact that even left-of-center think tanks and the New York Times have admitted.

Nope...Loans are not listed on an individual return. The interest you pay is, but not the loans....keep trying though. His loans were probably done at the business level. He would have gotten a K-1. That is even more vague.

Look, to be president, he had to make financial disclosures....they would have been vetted already. So again, other than to be used to embarrass or harass him, the returns are of no value to any investigation. Mueller already did a colon scope. Couldn't make anything stick. You think some two bit democrat congressman who probably had a C at East Carolina State is going to be able to decipher his return.....doubt it
