The question is not "those states", the question is how many votes away was Hilary from winning the 2016 election? The answer is around 78,000. Flip WI, MI, PA and Hilary would have won, she only needed 78,000 votes (combined) to do so.

In 2020 the margin is much tighter for Biden around 47,000. If Trump flips (which he is fighting for) WI, AZ and GA he wins. He only needs 47,000 votes to do so.

Point is the potential Biden victory is extremely close, much closer than 2016.
