Not quite the same at CFC - they make it clear they take from all branches + outsiders. There's no guarantees. OW doesn't run multiple teams then merge into one A team. FSa is, well, FSA.

You should have looked at the end of year standings before making that statement. Most of those "B" teams finished top 5 in Northeast.
