I think you should take a look at some DIII rosters, most have played at higher level, especially here in the Northeast. People that assume just because you play at the ECNL or DA level that you automatically want and have to play DI...smh

You also need to like the school and feel comfortable, you can’t be stuck on a name. Has to be a good fit all around and soccer should be the last consideeation, after all once college is done, soccer is done.. wether you play D1,2 or 3 after college that is it... no one will remember you... so have fun in college and don’t get caught up in the aspect of playing soccer

The point of GDA is to develop top level players (i know this is same as ECNL). but in GDA, you are sacrificing a portion of your teenage years and social life to ensure that you are "developing" into a top caliber player. These clubs being so desperate for players lie to many of them about their potential. Then they will realize they are only qualified to attend an overpriced country club to play soccer.
